Zybio African Swine Fever Virus qPCR Detection Kit
This is a ready-to-use reagent kit for detecting African Swine Fever (ASF) virus DNA using the PCR technique. It can detect viral DNA from a variety of samples, targeting the ASFV P72 and MGF genes. The maximum sensitivity of the kit is 200 copies/mL.
The kit includes exogenous internal control, ensuring accurate results without false negatives, and prevents cross-contamination using the included UNG enzyme.
